As a member of the LaserQuant Engineering Team, you will design, repair, test and qualify cutting-edge lasers and systems to be used in a 24/7 industrial environment.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
Installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, refurbishing and optimising laser system performance
Investigate the cause of any failures to find solutions, test their effectiveness and implement
Provide technical support to customers (onsite and remotely) and internal teams to resolve issues
Conduct feasibility studies and research to determine the appropriate laser technology for each application
Develop and maintain documentation related to the laser system
Attend local or international training courses and conferences
Education and Work Experience:
Must have the right attitude and approach to work, learn and contribute positively to the team
Successfully completed master's/diploma/doctoral studies in the field of physics, laser technology, optics or similar
Knowledge of laser physics, optics, and electromechanical systems
Knowledge and troubleshooting capability, and strong diagnostic experience
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Willing to travel (and work away) within India and occasionally overseas

As a member of the LaserQuant Team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, providing solutions to clients, and managing the sales process from start to finish.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through to closing the deal. This includes conducting product presentations, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and finalizing contracts
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue objectives. Set and implement strategies to achieve sales goals and continuously improve performance
Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers, submission of tenders etc
Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up to date
Education and Work Experience:
Must have the right attitude and approach to work, learn and contribute positively to the team
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
Knowledge of laser technology, sales and bid process
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Willingness to travel to meet with clients
